BPM, CRM Meet in New App for Microsoft CRM
March 22, 2011 1 CommentConvinced that users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software need additional business process management capabilities, Bluespring Software recently announced its Bluespring BPM for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a tailored version of the company’s core business process management suite.
The new application borrows capabilities from Bluespring’s BPM5 software, giving Dynamics CRM customers advanced workflow automation, integration to enterprise systems, and business intelligence on CRM-related business processes, the company said.
TGIhDB I’m not easily impressed. . . but that’s imprisesng me! 🙂
