Competition for Social Change: Mobile for Health

A competition to address critical social issues around the world has just been announced by Vodafone Americas Foundation Wireless Innovation Project(TM) and mHealth Alliance Award. The objective of the competition is to develop a technology to address critical health challenges, especially in developing regions of the world. The winning developer will be awarded $650,000 in cash and prizes.

Ideas will be accepted from Sept. 27, 2010 through December 15, 2010, and the final winner will be announced sometime in April 2011.
