Case Study: Continental Airlines selected Jitterbit to integrate their enterprise systems

August 23, 2012 No Comments

Continental Airlines needed a way to quickly integrate multiple database systems across all airports and corporate locations. Integration was a requirement to manage and track the company’s users and IT assets across a distributed global network. In doing so, Continental would be able to identify problem areas and be able to provide ad hoc fixes and upgrades. Manual scripts and programs that were currently in place lacked scalability and required dedicated resources to manage and maintain.

Jitterbit brought simplicity to this project at a fraction of the cost of traditional integration solutions. Allowing a single business analyst to build and maintain the automated solution, Jitterbit was able to scale with Continental’s integration needs as requirements grew over time. Jitterbit plays the key role in ensuring that Continental Airlines has a consolidated view of their network assets.
