Global meet on green technology transfer Tuesday

Ahead of global climate change talks in Mexico’s Cancun in December, ministers from 48 nations will meet in the capital Tuesday to discuss mechanism for transfer of technologies to mitigate climate change impacts.

The two-day ministerial dialogue on ‘Climate Change – Technology Mechanism’ will enable participants to assess the options and facilitate agreement at COP 16 (conference of parties) in Cancun.
