IBM’s new strategy will give government authorities a chance to utilize IBM cloud services, which will be sold for a monthly subscription fee. It will be useful to the government authorities because the usage of public cloud services is one of the UN’s imaginary works due to security concerns.  Market Research Media Ltd. forecasts that the market value of the cloud-computing lab will reach $7 billion by 2015.
