Today at VMworld® 2011, LogLogic®, the IT Data Management Company, today released a first-of-its-type  “virtual appliance” that provides data warehousing and forensics analysis for IT data and is optimized for VMware environments.  Called  Enterprise Virtual Appliance (EVA), the software-based appliance delivers both on-demand and scheduled network reports, supports up to 16,000 end devices – such as PCs, laptops, and workstations– and stores up to 8.5TB, making it ideal for cloud deployments and virtualized data centers.  The enterprise-class EVA is powered by the latest LogLogic 5.2 IT data management engine.
