Microsoft’s Walking on A Cloud

Microsoft appears to be banking heavily on the cloud, judging from the talk at its Professional Developers Conference last week. “I think the impact is going to be positive for Azure,” said Model Metrics CTO John Barnes. “We’re going to evaluate it because we’re hearing more and more positive things about it.” However, he added, “there’s still some skepticism about the cloud.”
