Oracle just rolled out the latest release of its CRM On Demand software. Release 18 has two targets: Driving revenue and cutting costs. The latest version of CRM On Demand offers new features and functions that promise to deliver less-expensive qualified leads while also paving the way for better business planning. CRM On Demand also touts enterprise grade cloud security, network and access control, and a brand-new “Insurance on Demand” solution for broker channel management.
