One week until UC EXPO – Are you ready?

London, 10 May 2017 – Are you ready? There’s only one week to go until UC EXPO, the largest Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) event in Europe. The two day event, taking place on 17-18 May 2017 at ExCeL London, is set to focus in on smarter working, the connected business and the evolving modern workplace.

This year’s event is not to be missed, with an incredible speaker line-up including opening keynote speaker Alan Peasland, who will discuss the importance of collaboration in Formula 1 for Red Bull Racing.

Other highlight seminars include:  Noam Fine, Managing Director of iam+, who will explore the intersection of AI and VoIP whilst accompanied by AI assistant AneedA;  VMWare Business Solutions Strategist & CTO Ambassador, Charles Barratt, who will delve into the convergence of voice, video and the digital network; Tiffany Wissner, Senior Director of skype for Business, who will cover the reinvention of collaboration and communications;  and Snorre Kjesbu, VP/GM Cisco Collaboration Endpoints Technology Group, who will kick off day two of UC EXPO with a look at when disruption is the new normal.

UC EXPO 2017 also sees the addition of new areas into the event program. Designed to assist and inform those tasked with implementing the very latest UC&C technologies, this will include:

  • Future Tech Demo Zone – this immersive, interactive demo area will give attendees the opportunity to try out new workplace technologies that are revolutionising the way we work. Demo’s include, Microsoft HoloLens, Cisco Spark Board, Mimesys Connect and virtual assistant AneedA from i.am+.
  • The new Future of Work Theatre – delivering world class educational content on the technologies and solutions that will shape the workplace of the future, such as video, collaboration solutions, VR and AI.
  • Customer Engagement/Experience Theatre – covering the technologies that help organisations improve the way they communicate with their customers, such as call analytics, recording, chat bots and next generation collaboration tools.
