Seismic Unlocks Enterprise Content With New Microsoft SharePoint Integration

Seismic, the only platform that enables LiveDoc creation for brand-approved, real-time enterprise content management, has announced integration with Microsoft SharePoint. Companies can now use Seismic within their existing SharePoint workflow to unlock the value of this content and create LiveDocs — on-demand, customized documents backed by a live data feed.

Seismic also announced that Key Management Group (KMG), a full services practice management firm for financial advisors, recently selected Seismic and is leveraging the SharePoint extension to deliver compliance department-approved PowerPoint presentations. Because of Seismic, financial advisors and their clients are receiving instant, timely content that resonates.

“Seismic lets users generate and maintain customized, compliant materials on demand, from any device,” said Seismic CEO Doug Winter. “By making more effective use of existing SharePoint content, customers access a deep well of collaborative and mission-critical information for their real-time presentations. Seismic speeds up the process by assuring both legal and brand compliance.”

Building upon its most recent release, the Seismic SharePoint integration allows companies to access Seismic from within SharePoint, save generated content to SharePoint and use Office365 as an authentication provider. Compliance-intensive industries, such as asset and wealth management and insurance, find this integration especially useful.

Key Management Group Bypasses Manual Presentations
Key Management Group provides financial advisors with tools and recommendations for up to 200 client meetings per week. In order to meet demand while streamlining access to compliant materials, KMG turned to Seismic on the SharePoint extension.

“Seismic took KMG’s presentations to the next level,” said Key Management Group CEO Anthony Whitbeck, CFP, CLU. The KMG team now creates compliant PowerPoint presentation frameworks, and uses Seismic to generate the details that resonate with each client. “Seismic provides us with the ability to quickly produce compliant client presentations, and has, in fact, also enabled us to expand our entire range of services,” said Whitbeck.

Key Management Group and many other firms have found Seismic to be a key conduit for integrating data from diverse sources into presentations that personally resonate with each client. From CRM information to financial histories, Seismic accesses a cloud-based library of an organization’s business materials and brand content to instantly generate the presentation in context. Sales, marketing and customer-facing departments across industries are changing the way they present because of Seismic.

The SharePoint integration is available now, and will be delivered as an automatic update to existing users. For more information, please visit www.seismic.com
