Verizon, SAP Join To Deliver CRM To Smartphone Users

A new partnership between Verizon Wireless and SAP America will deliver SAP’s Customer Relationship Management software to smartphone users. The move is another by SAP to challenge Salesforce.com in CRM. SAP hinted the Verizon deal is just the start as it goes mobile against Salesforce’s emphasis on social collaboration.
