Zenmonics Partners with Industry Leaders to Extend the Capabilities of mobileBanker Solution

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – September 10, 2013 – Today Zenmonics Inc., a leader in information technology solutions for the banking and finance sector, announced it has forged two new partnerships that will extend the capabilities of Zenmonics mobileBanker, a solution transforming the way bank personnel access information and interact with customers.

Zenmonics mobileBanker makes a full array of sales, marketing, transaction and account services information available through a single interface on a secure, mobile tablet device.  Bank personnel can work with a client from virtually anywhere – inside the bank or out – without having to toggle among various systems and applications.

Zenmonics has partnered with SOFTPRO to add new electronic signature capture capabilities to mobileBanker so important paperwork can be completed seamlessly by associates and customers.  As a result, bank representatives can use the application to help a client open a new account or apply for a new mortgage or loan – capturing the necessary signatures in real time.

Zenmonics also has integrated Ingenico EMV into the mobileBanker application for both contactless and magnetic card reading and barcode reading capabilities.  With the swipe of a debit card, charge card or magnetic-striped driver’s license, bank personnel can quickly identify and authenticate each customer in a secure manner so they can pull up the account information and profiles needed to personalize interactions.

“Banks, credit unions and other financial services organizations are looking for ways to transform their operations and how they interact with clients – whether at branch locations, lean advice centers or meetings away from the office,” says Chris Siemasko, senior VP of product solutions at Zenmonics.  “Mobility solutions have the power to bring that transformation to life.  Organizations can build client loyalty and boost the adoption of new services – while also saving time, reducing technology costs and promoting a more productive workplace.”

Zenmonics mobileBanker is built on a highly secure, bank-grade middleware platform that is easy to configure, customize and integrate.  As a result, the application can be quickly added to the existing infrastructure used by financial services organizations.

Both new technology partners point to the benefits of combining their solution with Zenmonics mobileBanker.

“By implementing SOFTPRO’s electronic signature technology within mobileBanker, Zenmonics offers banks a complete mobility solution powered by a secure and ISO standard esignature engine,” explains Rodney Vesling, president for SOFTPRO NA and Group CMO.  “Zenmonics is truly on the leading edge of helping organizations move to a paperless process.”

“Financial institutions are seeking ways to converge their delivery channels in a way that is seamless and easy for their customer,” says Bruce Rasmussen, director of bank automation solutions at Ingenico.  “Zenmonics mobileBanker in combination with Ingenico’s secure devices enables this to occur in ways that were not previously possible.  Now it’s possible to provide a simple, secure form of authentication with a robust mobile solution.”

Zenmonics to Demo mobileBanker during Upcoming Conferences

Zenmonics will demonstrate the expanded capabilities of mobileBanker during two upcoming events.  The first is FinovateFall, a demonstration-based conference showcasing innovative solutions for the banking and finance sector.  The event gets underway today at Manhattan Center Studios in New York City. For more information, visit http://finovatefall.com.

Zenmonics also will demonstrate mobileBanker during the 2013 Jack Henry Banking Educational Conference and Technology Showcase scheduled for October 21-24 at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, Fla.
