Another day, another push at the cloud computing envelop for Salesforce.com. The San Francisco-based company just announced plans to acquire Model Metrics, a mobile and social cloud consulting services company.

The company will add to Salesforce.com’s social media consulting bona fides, Nucleus Research Vice President Rebecca Wettemann tells me.
