San Diego, CA – May 29, 2013BP Logix, developer of BPM software that accelerates time-to-value, today announced a technology partnership with ConceptShare, developer of a Creative Operations Management (COM) platform for enterprise teams to collaborate on and review creative work. Integrating Process Director’s forms and workflow engine with ConceptShare’s platform will enable marketing, production and creative teams involved in the review and approval of media to more easily and effectively annotate, route, review and approve documents and submissions. The ConceptShare integration will be available to both on-premise and cloud-based customers.

Process Director, BP Logix flagship product, contains powerful workflow management software that enables organizations to easily model their review and approval process, automate the routing  and monitor results. Due to the strength of the product’s workflow engine, documents, forms and tasks are automatically routed in accordance with defined business processes. The business processes then incorporate the workflows ensuring that all forms and documents are reviewed, approved and published according to company policies and procedures.

As a result of its integration with ConceptShare, Process Director now facilitates collaborative multimedia annotation directly within its workflows. Multiple simultaneous collaborators can markup and review documents, photos, audio, web pages and even videos within the context of any process. Legal and compliance teams can collaborate with their sales and marketing counterparts to ensure that communications are accurate, effective and address compliance requirements.

“The number of companies in regulated industries adopting ConceptShare has grown substantially in the last 24 months,” stated Nish Patel, CEO of ConceptShare. “These companies operate in an environment where the cost of a single marketing communications mistake can have a substantial negative impact on their brand and put them in the cross-hairs of industry regulators. More and more companies are implementing ConceptShare to equip their marketing, legal and compliance teams with the collaboration tools they need to quickly and accurately review and approve marketing content. ConceptShare’s partnership with BP Logix provides companies with a regimented and transparent marketing communications review and approval solution.”

According to Jay O’Brien, CEO of BP Logix, “Process Director has always been a great solution for reviewing, commenting on, and approving documents. As a result of the relationship with ConceptShare, Process Director extends the benefits of BPM and workflow to all media under review. Organizations can achieve a straight-through process from document creation through review, approval, distribution, and disposition, all within a single integrated solution.”
