Key Takeaways From CES 2023

October 2, 2023 No Comments

After 2 years of virtual exhibits, halls, and workshops, CES 2023 came back nearly in full swing with over 115,000 attendees. This was mostly a return to normal after a fully virtual show in 2021, and a scaled-back version last year.

ABI Research was represented by four analysts—Eric AbbruzzeseJonathan CollinsJames Hodgson, and Michael Inouye—all seasoned CES attendees who have seen this event grow and evolve over the past several years. Despite seeing many familiar aspects and the first abundant crowd in three years, our team also acknowledged that some of the technologies they saw and conversations that took place were vastly different than what they experienced in 2020.

The analysts will take you through each of their experiences, detailing what they saw and heard, with a particular focus on these industries: Augmented & Virtual Technologies, Metaverse Markets and Technologies, and Smart Mobility and Automotive.
