When I became the owner of the Process Excellence track at ProcessWorld 2011 I was very happy because there is no better way to get first hand information on the current state of BPM in organizations.

In this post, I will share three customer presentations held at ProcessWorld Europe in Berlin.

German Ministry of Defense: Business Process Management in Big Organizations

The first customer presentation in Berlin was from the German Ministry of Defense. The Bundeswehr is a very large organization with more than 190,000 employees. This includes men and women in uniform serving in the armed services and organizational departments.
