In general, the Industrial Internet-of-Things can provide with more visibility of more activities and items in current time. As a result, it will be better to manage them more effectively. These devices can also create a more detailed audit trail. The data is more accurate and timely.

As for the quality of the products, it will be better. The number of defects will be lower, as it will be easier to detect the error as fast as possible. As a result, after solving the error the defected products will be exchanged and customers will be happy.

But still, there are more positive sides to this issue. Actually, the IIoT comprises developments in sensor technologies, data management and collection, analytics and machine studying, machine-to-machine communication, and the ability of the Internet. All these change and improve the manufacturing process in a good way.
