Job board industry veteran David Holman, previously Senior Director of Engineering at Snagajob, has joined TrackFive as the Vice President of Engineering. David will lead TrackFive’s product and technology initiatives while helping the company to meet the growing demand for its specialized career platforms.

“We are beyond excited to welcome David to our team,” says Oliver Feakins, CEO of TrackFive. “David has over a decade of experience in the HR Technology space working for the largest career marketplace for hourly employment candidates. This makes him the perfect addition to our team to help grow our career platforms and take our company to the next level.”

The company has seen increased demand for its career platforms since the pandemic and is set to celebrate 15 years in business during its first-ever company retreat in Las Vegas this month. “TrackFive has seen post-pandemic annual revenue growth of over 50%,” says Aarin Seprinski, EVP of TrackFive, “and our MRR is up over 70%.”

TrackFive is the leading provider of active candidates in the travel healthcare and transportation segments by way of its four industry-leading career platforms. The company has also branched out into recruitment marketing services and is currently developing other undisclosed career platforms.

David Holman’s addition to the team is part of a strategic push by the company to dramatically expand its product offering in the next several years. This will include entrances into new markets while also expanding recruitment products and services for existing markets.
