2020 Adobe report on essential retail in the post-COVID-19 world
Adobe was interested to learn how consumers across generational demographics were going to maintain, Post-Covid, the shopping behaviors they adopted during the pandemic. 1,000 quantitative surveys were completed with US shoppers between July 4th and July 8th, 2020. A randomly representative sample of 627 surveys was conducted, with augments incorporated to lift each of five age cohorts to a readable sample of 200 surveys each.
