The next version of Microsoft’s customer relationship management software, Dynamics CRM 2011, will begin launching in January as the company’s subsidiaries roll it out worldwide, a Microsoft manager said. Along with the client software will come Dynamics CRM Online, a cloud-based version of the suite that’s currently in beta. Today, Microsoft announced a promotional price that takes a 12-month subscription from $44 per user per month down to $34, if a company signs up before June 30, 2011.
