Appian Named Shortlist Leader in Ovum BPM Decision Matrix Report

The report evaluates BPM vendors based on a quantitative assessment of their technology capabilities, end-user sentiment and market impact. Top vendors are put in the “Shortlist” category, with others placed in “Explore” or “Consider” categories.
