McLeansville, N.C.—June 26, 2013— Litéra®, a leading provider of content risk management and productivity solutions, today announced that De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, a prominent Dutch law firm, has joined the family of Litéra legal customers with the purchase of Change Pro® TDC (Total Document Comparison) software.

Well known for its powerful corporate and finance practice, a centre of excellence in litigation, and unequalled team of regulatory experts, De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek offers clients top solutions to complex international matters. The keystone focus of the firm is to stand beside its clients wherever they operate in the world. With offices in Amsterdam, Beijing, Brussels, London, New York, and Singapore, and working closely with top-tier local counsel, the firm maintains this global focus while advising more than 70 percent of the largest companies headquartered in the Netherlands on their important domestic and cross-border legal matters.

De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek believes that it provides the ingredients for a unique service to its clients. One of those ingredients is the efficient delivery of accurate, high-quality legal documents. Using an OCR (optical character recognition) module available from Litéra, in conjunction with Change-Pro TDC, will give the firm the ability to compare even scanned PDF documents. The patented technology leveraged in Change-Pro TDC enables users to compare changes to the entire document, including text, tables, comments, embedded objects and images on a granular level.

“We are honored that De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek’s highly respected team, recognised for their commitment to quality and unique commercial awareness, have selected our Change-Pro TDC and OCR functionality,” said Karen Massand, president of Litéra. “By saving time, increasing productivity, and mitigating risk, we are excited to add further value to De Brauw’s premium services.”
