Cloud computing is the wave of the future

We’ve been hearing so much about it, “the cloud.” In light of all the hacking that’s going on, it’s even part of the conversation in Washington.

David Vladeck of the Federal Trade Commission says there’s no stopping it.

“Frankly, I don’t think this legislation will have any effect on cloud computing. Companies are migrating to ‘the cloud’,” Vladeck said.

They are migrating to it because the cloud’s shaping up to be the best place for digital data storage for consumers as well as companies. The concept of the cloud precedes the Internet

“Actually the term ‘the cloud’ has existed since the 1960s,” Alexa Raad, former CEO of .org said.
