Dovèl provides high-end software and application development for clients across the federal government including defense, public heath, and transportation. Dovèl’s Technologists have been instrumental in the design and implementation of some of the most mission critical and innovative systems in government today including the Department of Defense Travel System, DoD OneStop, DoD Business Transformation Agency engineering support including development of a SOA Strategy Implementation approach, Food and Drug Administration Emergency Operation and MARCS Recall Systems, and Federal Aviation Administration System Wide Information Management System.

“Our team has received ZapThink training over the years and we follow their newsletter for the latest insights around the implementation of SOA and Cloud,” said Dov Levy, co-Founder and Chief Technologist of Dovèl. “We are incredibly excited to bring their expertise in-house to provide a unique combination of software development theory and practical implementation for our customers.”

As a subsidiary of Dovèl, ZapThink will continue to offer the LZA course to federal and commercial customers as well as produce the well-respected ZapFlash newsletters and cutting edge advisory, content, and guidance. Jason Bloomberg will continue as President of the ZapThink subsidiary of Dovèl Technologies. Ronald Schmelzer will help manage the transition of existing customers and content.
